BlogTrain: CHD Kit

Did you know that it is Congenital Heart Disease Awareness Week? Well, it is! And in order to bring about awareness of this disease & to celebrate the families who live with CHD, a group of digital scrapbook designers are creating mini kits to share with others.

My husband's cousin was born with CHD. He has an amazingly miraculous story and I could never do it justice. Be sure to stop by his blog if you want to read a story that proves that miracles do happen.
